General

  • We service roughly a 25 mile radius from Denver, PA 17517. This includes Lancaster, Lebanon, Berks, and Chester Counties.

    If you are unsure if we service your area, contact us via our Contact Us page, or call 717-475-7636.

  • After submitting our Book Now form, one of our experienced house cleaners will reach out using your preferred method of contact. We’ll discuss your home’s specific needs, confirm that the services selected are the right fit, and find a time that works for both your schedule and ours. While it’s not required, many clients choose to be home for their first cleaning service to give our house cleaner a quick walk through and share any special instructions. After the service is complete, we’ll follow your directions for locking up or leaving.

  • Yes, many of our products are green eco-friendly products. When these products are not tough enough for the task at hand, we switch to conventional products. If you have any special product requests please make sure to discuss them during your quote process.

  • Tips are not expected nor required, but always appreciated.

My Service

  • You do not have to be present for your cleaning so long as arrangements are made ahead of time for us to access your home. This can be a door/garage code, leaving a key hidden somewhere, or providing us a spare key to hold onto. Our professionals are always sure to follow instructions for locking up when leaving.

  • Yes, we provide everything to make your home shine! Our products and equipment are professional grade. All equipment goes through strict pre & post sanitation to ensure no cross contamination from home to home. If you have any special product or equipment requests, please discuss them at the time of your quote.

  • Rescheduling, Canceling, Skipping:

    For all rescheduling, cancellations, and skips you must call us at 717-475-7636. If we are unavailable, leave a message.


    • All changes: Must be made no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning.

    • Changes made with less than 48 hours notice: You will be charged a 30% late fee.

    • Unable to enter your property at the time of your scheduled cleaning: You will be charged a 60% cancellation fee. This fee is for your cleaners lost time and wages.

    Reoccurring Scheduled Customers:

    When you reschedule, cancel, or skip cleanings it is very difficult for us to re-schedule your cleaner elsewhere. This typically means lost time and wages for your cleaner. We understand these scheduling changes occur, but we must have policies in place to prevent abuse.


    • If you reschedule, cancel, or skip 3 scheduled cleanings in a row or in a distinguishable pattern we must remove you from your time slot. If you would like to continue with our services you must re-schedule.

    • If you reschedule, cancel, or skip 3 scheduled cleanings in a year with less than 48 hours notice we must remove you from your time slot.

    • If we are unable to enter your property at the time of your scheduled cleaning 3 times in a year we must remove you from your time slot.

  • Our services cover a vast majority of your home, but we do not do the following:


    • Wipe bulbs

    • Put away dishes

    • Move or lift anything over 15lbs

    • Step higher than 2 steps on a step stool

    • Clean bio-hazards (mold, blood, bodily fluids)

    • Remove high levels of trash/debris (hoarding)

    • Clean up animal waste

    • Clean cat litter box

    • Clean insects/rodents/rodent droppings

    • Clean garages, attics, unfinished basements

  • Yes, you will have the same cleaner every time. The only time this is not the case is if your cleaner is unable to work, in which case we allow you to determine if you would like to reschedule or use another cleaner for the day in question.

  • Yes. We can customize your cleaning to fit your needs and budget.

Payment, Policies, Trust & Safety

  • We guarantee all of our work. If you are dissatisfied with anything we do, give us a call within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will come back and make it right. Please note, we aren't a restoration company but we will scrub and clean to the best of our ability.

  • We do not offer refunds. We are a company of integrity and intend to complete our jobs to the best of our abilities each and every time. If you are not satisfied, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Contact us within 24 hours and we will come back to make things right.

  • All clients must have a card on file no less than 24 hours prior to your first scheduled cleaning. If you do not have a card on file you will be required to reschedule your cleaning. Your card will not be charged until the morning of your cleaning. This policy protects our employees from lost wages and time.

  • All employees are insured for your safety. We meet and/or exceed Google’s insurance requirements to be a Google Guaranteed business. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

  • All employees are thoroughly screened and background checked prior to employment. We meet and/or exceed Google’s background check requirements to be a Google Guaranteed business.

  • As of this writing (09/20/2025) we can proudly say we have had ZERO damage or theft claims.

    Damage:

    In the event of suspected damage please report it to us within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning. We will pay up to $100 out of pocket for damage, beyond that we are insured for further financial needs.

    Theft:

    In the event of suspected theft please report it to us within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning. If you are 100% certain the item has not been lost or misplaced, we will postpone the entirety of your cleaners schedule. The employee will undergo internal investigation and Lancaster Cleaning Co. will file a police report with the appropriate authorities. We will pay up to $100 out of pocket for theft, beyond that we are insured for further financial needs.
